If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or simply exchange the product for another one. You can return any product for up to 30 days from the date you received it. We do not cover returns shipping costs.

If you want to return or exchange the product you purchased, please send us an email at support@lasactive.com. Be sure to include your order number, a picture of the item along with your query. 

In the unlikely event that the item you purchased arrives damaged/faulty or is the incorrect product, please email us at support@lasactive.com. Please include pictures of the damaged/faulty/wrong product you received.
